The Role

We are looking for an organised and diligent Finance Administration Assistant to join our fast growing team based in our Warrington office.


The role will form an integral part of the team, supporting the Finance Manager in ensuring that the finance processes run seamlessly. The individual will have an understanding of Finance and either have demonstrable hands-on experience or is part-qualified.


You will support our periodic Finance activities (specifically month end) including; preparing sales invoices and reconciling back to our timesheet system, support with monitoring the finance inbox and supporting with the sales and purchase ledger.


You’ll manage updates to our internal Finance and Operations systems including;


  • Invoicing
  • Cash allocation
  • Journals
  • Reconciliations
  • Project cost reporting
  • Asset Management and depreciation
  • Supporting forecasting and budgeting
  • Supporting our internal systems administration, extracting key reports and KPI’s on a weekly basis
  • Supporting our internal meeting administration including scheduling, running and minuting key weekly and monthly meetings

In addition to this there will be ad-hoc admin and office support activities

A bit about you

We're looking for an Finance Assistant who:


  • Has great attention to detail, is diligent in their work, proactive, has excellent organisation and communication skills and is keen to learn and progress quickly.
  • Is able to work in a collaborative office environment and learn more about the IT and Consulting industry.
  • Has experience of working with Microsoft Applications, and a strong competency with Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs)
  • Has an excellent standard of written English and is competent with Maths

The role is based in central Warrington with flexible working on-site or remote and you must be able to work in the UK and Europe without the need for a Visa or sponsorship.
