The Role

We deliver a range of consulting services to our customers to enable them to be more successful with their SAP journey. Having cemented our position as the leading, independent SAP consultancy, we are expanding our team to support our continued growth.

One of our key propositions is helping SAP customers to plan and develop their SAP roadmap to enable their business transformation. At the heart of this, is understanding how SAP can drive process efficiency, through streamlined ways of working and opportunities for automation which, ultimately, realise significant benefit and value.

We are looking for self-motivated, high performing individuals with plenty of potential to support us in taking our consulting offering to the next level, while helping our customers to be even more successful.

Currently, we are looking for SAP Functional Process Consultants to join our team.

You will provide subject matter expertise in relation to Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain processes and how they are enabled across the SAP product suite. You will be familiar with business process structures and process mapping and have the ability to identify potential areas for improvement, either through changes to business processes or through technical solutions.

You will be comfortable in running working sessions with customers to understand their challenges and pain points and provide relevant, viable solutions.

You will deliver high quality written documents and be able to deliver concise, meaningful advice and recommendations, conveying key themes and messages, tailored to meet the needs of different audiences

You will be analytical and detailed in your approach but naturally engaging in the way you interact with customers and peers alike.

A bit about you

You will have a Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain background from either an SAP end user environment or SAP consulting organisation, with specific knowledge of the core end-to-end processes.

You will understand the core structure of the SAP product suite with a good knowledge of SAP configuration. Ideally, you will have been involved in at least one SAP implementation, coupled with hands-on experience from a ‘business as usual’ environment.

You will have a good working knowledge of business process management, including process mapping, developing procedures and policies and familiarity with process controls.

You will:

  • First and foremost, be yourself!
  • Be a good listener.
  • Be engaging and able to influence and direct clients without being bullish or overpowering.
  • Be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance to deliver high quality results.
  • Be a good team player with a sense of fun.
  • Have a hands on approach, be inquisitive, willing to develop and learn new skills and tools.
  • Have a desire and energy to work at pace, deliver quality, collaborate effectively, and have a mindset and personality to resolve and drive through solutions to problems.
  • Have the ability to encourage and influence others to seek and create innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities.
  • Be quality and improvement focussed, with good attention to detail, whilst maintaining a good dose of pragmatism.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

You must be able to work in the UK without the need for a Visa or sponsorship. You will be happy to travel on a regular basis and be based on client site as required.

We're growing fast and need people who want to be part of our growth journey, meaning that you'll get the benefits of working with an experienced team in an agile, energetic, start-up style environment.

If you're doing too much travelling in your current role, this is your opportunity to achieve a better balance than working away on a long-term basis.

You'll also be assigned to an experienced Board Member as a mentor - who will provide the kind of coaching and support that will push your career on to another level.

We're particularly interested in people who've been around SAP, Data Warehousing and Marketing. We're also interested in people who have worked on large business and IT change programmes where there has been a focus on a new operating model and change management.
