The PMO Team is often the glue that holds together the stakeholders, business and systems integrator on a SAP Project or Programme. Resulting has a focus on providing PMO services to our customers, sitting business side to hold the project team to account to deliver.
The PMO Planner is a key part of the integrated PMO Team, supporting the associated PMO Leads in ensuring plans are aligned, updated and key dependencies are highlighted and managed.
We're looking for PMO Planners who have experience of working in large project and programme environments ideally as part of technology implementation - in both ERP and bespoke developed applications.
You'll have experience of project management, delivery management, planning, and tracking
You'll be comfortable with data analysis, exceptional with Excel and inputting to reporting metrics
You’ll be able to provide planning expertise on scheduling and resource estimation, critical path identification throughout phases of the project lifecycle
You’ll have experience in creating, maintaining and monitoring a detailed project schedule against key milestones, deliverables and activities in Microsoft Project
You’ll be diligent in identifying, understanding the impact of and driving resolution to dependencies and inconsistencies within and between project plans
You’ll be confident in raising risks and issues from a planning perspective into the project RAAIDD log, ensuring they are updated and communicated
You’ll manage effective communication of plan progress, highlighting key milestones and critical path dependencies, including potential recommendations to resolve, to all relevant stakeholders
You’ll be able to work with key stakeholders to gather plan updates and to hold them to account to deliverables and actions
You’ll have the confidence to drive adoption of planning standards within the team ensuring the maintenance of appropriately detailed and validated plans
You’ll have strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
You must be able to work in the UK and Europe without the need for a Visa or sponsorship.
