REECE CONNELL | ACADEMY ANALYST
I joined Resulting after working as an analyst in aerospace, where I first saw how frustrating ERP systems are when they don’t meet people’s needs. From day one, Resulting felt like the right place to build a consulting career, not just a stepping stone. Since joining, I’ve worked on some great projects, including my current one with Lindt (perfect since it’s my favourite chocolate!). Being on site in London has given me a taste of fast-paced client work and a team culture that pushes you to do your best.
My highlights:
- A client I care about – Getting hands-on from day one with Lindt has been a highlight, working closely with both the client and my Resulting teammates.
- Travel and culture – Regular onsite weeks in London have exposed me to a dynamic environment where hard work and support go hand in hand.
- Real career path – With strong role models and varied experiences, Resulting feels like a real launchpad for my consulting journey.
OLIVER IRVING | ERP CONSULTANT
I joined Resulting after finishing a Business and Marketing degree at Liverpool University, alongside working in a retail warehouse. I didn’t realise it at the time, but that experience gave me my first glimpse of ERP, which made it easier to pick things up when I started. In my first year, I worked with a range of clients and had great support from experienced colleagues. That early exposure helped me build confidence and my understanding of the work we do at Resulting.
My highlights:
- Investment in growth – Resulting has backed my development, supporting me through a Business Analyst apprenticeship and funding my SAP SD certification.
- Choose your own adventure – I’ve taken on roles in PMO, Testing, Data Governance, and Training, across the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Trusted from day one – I’ve been given real responsibility early on, which helped fast-track my learning and confidence.
CHIDIN KODWANI | ACADEMT ANALYST
I joined Resulting in 2024 after graduating with a BSc in Economics from the University of Manchester. I was keen to get into consulting but had no idea what ERP was — that’s where the Academy helped, giving me a clear path to build my skills and knowledge. After completing the Academy pathway, I joined the Asda team. Six months on I’m still there developing and gaining valuable experience! If you’re looking for a good way to get into consulting or the ERP industry, this is an incredible opportunity.
My highlights:
- Owning my development – The Academy gives you structure, but how fast you grow is up to you. I appreciated the freedom to learn at my own pace.
- Support that lasts – From day one through to client work, there’s always someone ready to help — including on my current project with Asda.
- Access to senior leaders – Working in a smaller consultancy means you get face time with key people. That’s helped me build great relationships early on.
ROHIT REDDY | ACADEMY ANALYST
I joined Resulting in 2024 after completing my MBA at the Nottingham University, where I’d worked on a dissertation project for an e-sports client. That hands-on experience sparked my interest in enterprise tech and showed me how consulting could bring together my passion for business and problem-solving. The three-month Academy gave me a great foundation — from project planning and stakeholder engagement to strategy workshops. I got stuck into real work early on, which helped me build my confidence.
My highlights:
- Real-world client exposure – I contributed to live client projects early, giving me valuable insight into real consulting challenges.
- Choose my own path – I had the chance to explore both technical and functional paths, with the support to shape my own development.
- No two days are the same – I’ve worked across a range of industries and challenges, which keeps the job exciting and constantly pushes me to learn.
GEORGIE PICKETT | PROJECT SUPPORT CONSULTANT
I joined Resulting back in 2021 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University. I was completely new to ERP consultancy at the time, but from day one I was able to talk to senior colleagues who helped me to develop my knowledge and understanding of what we do at Resulting. When I went to my first client project, I was given tonnes of support and guidance to help me succeed.
My highlights:
- Wide variety of clients - I’ve had the chance to work with organisations in loads of different industries, from retail to aerospace, and even some in the US.
- Getting stuck in early – Being on real client projects so early in my career really helped me grow quickly and build my skills.
- Becoming a shareholder – One of the coolest things is being a part-owner of the company. It’s great knowing I have a stake in Resulting’s success.
